The PLYCLIPFIX® fastening system

This fastener is in-expensive, quick to install and will pull warped decking sheets back together and provide a flush, secure smooth surface. There is no other fastening method that is quicker and easier
than using a PLYCLIPFIX® fastener for this purpose.  2”x4” cleats and sheet metal patches take time to install, and we all know “time is money”.  This is the smartest, quickest and most professional method for performing these type repairs.

            PLYCLIPFIX® is a high quality, rivet driven clamping fastener designed to be installed between unsupported sheets of plywood or roof decking materials.  Typically during a re-roofing project, you will find warped plywood decking that would not be suitable for underlayment and shingle application.  Shingle manufacturers recommend having a smooth flush surface decking prior to shingle application for best appearance and performance.  These fasteners can be installed between the sheets after they have been nailed to the roof trusses. Will fit up to 5/8" plywood.
